As the owner and instructor, I am passionate about creating a studio where dancers of all ages and abilities can thrive. My goal is to ensure every student feels welcomed, challenged, and celebrated for their individual progress. I believe in fostering confidence, discipline, resilience, and a lifelong love of dance while making every class engaging, inspiring, and fun.

We proudly offer classes for children, teens, and adults in a variety of dance styles, including ballet, jazz, lyrical, hip hop, musical theatre, creative movement, little movers, and adult dance fitness. Whether you're dancing for fun, fitness, or pursuing more advanced training, there's a place for you at Maine Stage Dance.

We are also proud to be a Certified Acrobatic Arts Studio, providing safe, progressive acrobatic training through an internationally recognized curriculum. Our certified instruction emphasizes proper technique, flexibility, strength, balance, and skill development while prioritizing dancer safety and long-term success.
